John has always been about vehicle handling and dynamics. He designed the chassis, suspension and aerodynamics of Nissan and Triple Eight race winning BTCC cars; worked on mechanical and aerodynamic development for the McLaren F1 team; and had critical design input into the McLaren Mercedes SLR and the McLaren 12C and P1.
Peter has spent many years specialising in carbon composite materials, vehicle concept design and hybrid/electric powertrains. His notable projects have included the 2008 championship winning McLaren F1 car, the McLaren 12C and P1 hypercar, F1 design for Toyota and Marussia Virgin, and Airbus carbon composite wing process management.
Ian has a wide range of operational experience across ISO 9001 production and quality management. He has had previous roles in automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace and sub-contract manufacture, working for BMW, Rover, Pall Europe and Eaton Aerospace.
Having spent 9 years working in Formula 1, Jon has experience in both Design and Trackside Engineering. During his 7 years at McLaren Racing Jon worked on many different aspects of the design and development of a Formula 1 car, from wind tunnel models to race car carbon composite suspension. He is meticulous in his attention to detail and an expert in Computer Aided Design.
Richard comes from an automotive background with experience in low-volume sports car development and production, and low-volume manufacturing of carbon fibre products. He has also worked in project management. His notable projects include working on subsystems of the NextEV NIO formula E car.
